Refund Policy

Sage includes a free tier with 30 lifetime messages — no card required. This lets you experience the product before committing. For annual subscribers, we also offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Pro+ Annual — 30-day satisfaction guarantee

Because an annual commitment is significant, first-time Pro+ subscribers can request a full refund within 30 days of their first annual charge — no questions asked.

No grace period
Sage's free tier gives you 30 messages to evaluate the product before subscribing. Monthly charges are non-refundable.

Renewals and ongoing subscriptions

After the satisfaction window closes, subscription charges are non-refundable. When you cancel, your subscription ends immediately — you won't be charged again, and you won't receive a refund for the remaining portion of the current billing period.

We recommend cancelling before your renewal date if you no longer wish to continue. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

Upgrading from Pro to Pro+

If you upgrade from a monthly Pro subscription to an annual Pro+ subscription, Stripe automatically applies a pro-rated credit for any unused days on your monthly plan toward the annual charge. The 30-day satisfaction window applies to the new annual charge from the date of the upgrade.

Billing errors

If you were charged in error — for example, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount — contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will correct it promptly.

Free tier

The free tier requires no payment. There is nothing to refund.

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@dr-sage.online with the subject line "Refund request" and include the email address associated with your account. We respond within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
