Because an annual commitment is significant, first-time Pro+ subscribers can request a full refund within 30 days of their first annual charge — no questions asked.
After the satisfaction window closes, subscription charges are non-refundable. When you cancel, your subscription ends immediately — you won't be charged again, and you won't receive a refund for the remaining portion of the current billing period.
We recommend cancelling before your renewal date if you no longer wish to continue. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
If you upgrade from a monthly Pro subscription to an annual Pro+ subscription, Stripe automatically applies a pro-rated credit for any unused days on your monthly plan toward the annual charge. The 30-day satisfaction window applies to the new annual charge from the date of the upgrade.
If you were charged in error — for example, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount — contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will correct it promptly.
The free tier requires no payment. There is nothing to refund.
